Self Care cultural health conscious habits of Cosmic Vibrational Wellbeing

We will start with the first base Chakra, the Root Arit (Ancient Kemetic term).

Then we will flow into each Chakra (Aritu) by learning the INnergetic purpose of each meridian and the connection with the body’s physical systems.

We will interact with the mental, emotional and spiritual attributes to balance the Aritu/Aura by way of connecting with the Cosmic properties, Natural foods, herbs, essential oils, crystal gemstones, sound/color therapy, oracle readings, Kemetic yoga poses, affirmations, prayers, daily meditations, and Kemetic Reiki practices for each particular area.

There will be advised relatable Self Luve & Self Care homewerk for each ChaKra, so each student can create their own healing regimen/ritual to embrace and to know and Overstand how to naturally balance oneself, and maintain and hold on to their Sacred Power withIN. To be confident courageous and determined to stand in and on your personal Truth! At all times, no matter what situations arise in Lyfe that faces you.
